These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the bjc05 platform by all registered account holders in Bangladesh. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Each player is responsible for maintaining the security of their bjc05 account credentials. Accounts are individual and non-transferable. Any activity occurring under your account login is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised it.

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access or use the bjc05 platform, including the website available at https://bjc05.com and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by bjc05 and is intended solely for adult players in Bangladesh who are at least 18 years of age.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the bjc05 Platform, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form the complete legal agreement between you and bjc05 and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings relating to your use of the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation in another language, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.
2. Eligibility and Age Verification
Access to and use of the bjc05 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bjc05 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

- You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, a third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of bjc05 or any of its affiliated technology or payment providers.
bjc05 operates a robust age verification process. During registration, players are required to provide accurate date of birth information. bjc05 may, at any point, request supporting documentation to verify a player's age and identity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification valid in Bangladesh. Until verification is complete to bjc05's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending.
Players who provide false information during the registration process — including misrepresenting their age — will have their account closed without notice and any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. bjc05 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a player's false declaration of eligibility.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bjc05 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. bjc05 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are found, bjc05 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information Required
Players must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Players are responsible for keeping this information current. 3.3 Account Security

bjc05 applies Know Your Customer procedures in line with responsible platform management practices. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before their first withdrawal is processed or at any subsequent point determined by bjc05's compliance team. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used. bjc05 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing until all requested documentation has been received and reviewed.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bjc05 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi banking institutions. 4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (8 AM–11 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
- Rocket and bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one to three hours during business days.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Failed and Reversed Transactions

6. Betting and Casino Game Rules

- Money Laundering: Using the bjc05 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine gambling activity. bjc05 is committed to preventing financial crime and will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or market, including sharing cards in live casino games or fixing outcomes in sports betting markets.
- Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human input.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider for deposits that were legitimately credited to your bjc05 account. Accounts involved in chargeback fraud will be closed and the amount reversed will be recovered through all available legal means.

8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Before processing a closure request, bjc05 will confirm your identity and ensure that any outstanding withdrawable balance is paid out to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. 8.3 bjc05-Initiated Closure
bjc05 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in circumstances where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or verification.
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has been detected in connection with the account.
- The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
- Continued account operation would expose bjc05 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed by bjc05 due to verified fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the closure is initiated for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, bjc05 will return any verifiable clean balance to the player's registered payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjc05 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from the Platform being temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures.
- Loss arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a manifest error, including incorrectly displayed odds.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature.
- Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to their account.
- Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party mobile money operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or banking institutions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bjc05's liability for death or personal injury caused by bjc05's own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The bjc05 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bjc05 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and accuracy of information, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and network connections are secure before accessing the Platform.
10. Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of the bjc05 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bjc05 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the bjc05 support team at [email protected].
bjc05 is committed to fair, transparent, and prompt resolution of player complaints. If your complaint cannot be resolved through direct support contact, you may escalate the matter in writing to the bjc05 management team via the same email address with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bjc05 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
bjc05 may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent material revision was made. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
